北京双晖京承电子产品有限公司是一家由数名资深教授和研究生共同创办的高科技公司。公司以高校为依托，拥有计算机软硬件开发、智能仪表设计、单片机应用、传感器设计及应用、数控设备设计、PCB设计等方面高技术人材。
我公司专门设计、生产多种环境监测仪器，现已投放市场的有：智能COD（化学需氧量）测定仪、NH3测定仪、多参数水质测定仪及浊度色多两用测定仪等，上述一起具有可向计算机上载测量结果的功能。由于我公司生产的歌型号仪器测量精度高、使用方便、故障率低而深受用户好评。
我公司是北京市重点环保企业，北京市高新技术企业，获北京市技术监督局颁发的计量器具生产许可证。我公司还获得了多项国家专利。随着我国对环保事业的重视，我公司将致力于各种新型环保仪器的开发，为加速我国环保监测仪器国产化进程做进一步努力。

originated by several outstanding senior professors and graduates.
Based on universities, the company possesses of a large group of
high-tech talented persons in the following areas, including
research and development on computer software and hardware, design
of intellectual instruments, applications of SCM, design and
application of sensor, devising numerical control equipments and
PCB, and so on.
The company engages in
various businesses including real time control and development of
database, numerical control apparatus, numerical control processing
instruments, automatization meters, kinds of robotization
measurement and control system as well as its devising, producing
and constructing. The company has ever successfully devised kinds of
instruments for its consumers. Among these instruments , there are a
large-scale numerical control incision machine, software of material
arranged by armor plat, digital flow-meter, radio collection and
transmitting system of integrated data oil well, power supply
testing instrument of self-motion arc weld, measurement of oil
